Marinated Raw Fish

Marinade de Poisson Cru
Marinated Raw Fish
Serves 6

For the Fish:
Just caught bonito about 1kg

Fillet the fish and wash in the seawater. Cut into 1 centimeter dice.


For the Marinade:
3 passion fruits pulp and seeds removed, 5 tablespoons coconut milk, 1 large carrot grated, ½ cucumber seeded and grated, 2 garlic cloves chopped fine, 1 tomato chopped roughly.

Combine all the ingredients.


Assembly:
Combine the diced fish and the marinade. Set aside to marinade for about 10 minutes. Done.
